MKS Convoys

The MKS series of convoy replaced the earlier HG series and ran from the Mediterranean to the UK via Gibraltar. It was introduced after Operation Torch in October 1942 and operated until May 1945. From April 1943 (MKS.13) to December 1944 (MKS.69) the convoy rendezvoused at sea with the SL series, returning to the UK from Freetown.

Note that the MKS.17 was cancelled and KMS.19 did not sail from Gibraltar.
